The alliance was founded by a group of graduates of the Elite Legacy property investment education programme. All are based in and/or invest in the North of England.
The purpose of the alliance is to support the property investment journey of fellow members through encouragement, accountability, sharing of expertise, sourcing, investing or joint venture working.
The group have invested heavily in their individual property investment education and have many years of combined investment experience as well as other professional and business expertise, skills and experience.
