The strength of NPA is its membership. All we ask is you are as willing to give as you are to receive. We all have different strengths and weaknesses. We all have something we can bring to the table. We all need help and support at times too.

Whilst we are confident we have someone in the group that has experience in the investment strategy you are interested in, we also know that new challenges come along that are opportunities for us all to learn from. During these challenges it is invaluable to have a group around you that you can turn to for advice and support and that the learning is captured and shared.

Apart from this support and shared learning, membership enables a member to use the NPA logo and display any awards earned on their business documentation, website and social media.

Although joining NPA is currently free, membership WILL cost you time and effort as well as the travelling/dining expenses for our optional but invaluable monthly meet-ups. These are currently hosted by a different member each month at a pub close to a project they are working on at a stage of development of interest to the group and usually includes a site visit.

We have two levels of membership but not only do we actively encourage all to attain the higher tier we also strongly believe in and promote lifelong learning.

Associate Member

An Associate Member has embarked on a journey of professional property investment education.

Professional Member

A Professional Member has completed significant professional property investment education and runs a business in a property strategy.

Becoming a member

To date all members have joined through personal recommendation. This is not elitist. We all actively network and come into contact with many interesting like-minded property investors, many of whom would benefit from and add to the NPA. This has worked very well. However, if you have not crossed paths with us and are keen to get involved please use the contact form and one of our Professional Members will be in touch. It is important that you and NPA are a good fit.
